Send us an email to let us know you want to join and we'll send you a Zoom link.
“Office hours” - An appointment for time to focus on individual questions, concerns, issues related to the unique conditions that relate to creating or sustaining a practice of meditation. During this time, there is open space for whatever topics are of interest and hosts will provide whatever reflections that match the query in the moment. A gift of compassion will be given to mark this encounter as a talisman, a symbol of the sharing. Send us an email and we will contact you to set up a time to meet.
“Skunkworks” – A co-created, unique design of a program that introduces the power of stillness and silence. Here, organizations or groups interested in creating a single day or series of workshops that bring art and meditation together can be envisioned, planned, and executed so that others can learn basics, ask questions, and practice together. Send us an email and well will contact you to set up a time to talk.
