Open Access Meditation

meditationWeekly meditation in 2020 will be in held on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. in Echo Park.  The length of each sit is 45 minutes so if you do not have prior experience, please contact us so arrangement can be made to provide instruction before the group sit.  To get details and advise of your intent to participate, please contact us at and we will set a time to meet you.  
An early morning meditation is hosted in the South Bay, on Saturday mornings at 6:30 a.m.
