What are we up to?
Wednesday Zen Meditation in virtual Zendo
Silent meditation in virtual space. Designed for those who have a practice and want to mark a time in their week for deep connection with the universal and infinite consciousness, beyond self.
Healing Circle & Meditation
At the Pacific Unitarian Church, join an in-person healing circle and experience quiet meditation. Participants meet Thursdays twice a month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 at the Pacific Unitarian Church. If you wish to participate, email info@gocompassion.org and subscribe to PUC newsletter for weekly updates: admin@pacificunitarian.org
Open Healing Circle - formerly Black/API circle
This Healing Circle came into being after the May 2020 death of George Floyd and meets every other Tuesday, virtually. The participants enter the space and listen deeply to what is on the hearts of those who join. We are opening beyond Black/API participants in 2025.
Supply delivery to Tijuana Sanctuary
Pausing our monthly delivery to the sanctuary in Mexico that has been delivering clothing, household items, and medicines. Funds to cover costs of transport and support for food purchases have run out. In October to December, we asked for support again through a year-end outreach to donors, both individual and institutional. If you would like to donate funds, please feel free to use the “DONATE” button on this site and if time allows, email for details at info@GoCompassion.org
Reflect and Revive for 2025!
Designed to provide a spacious moment to re-set and learn personal care practices. The beginning of a new cycle upon us, this time is reserved for guests to set and re-set for the new year and beyond. For details and to register, contact: info@gocompassion.org

Dialogue/Retreat
WIOTD - a gathering that is inspired by the need for sacred hospitality among those who are asking, "What is Ours to Do?"
Inspired by the thoughts shared by seer, writer, artist Octavia Butler, this convening is bringing together healers, artist, thought and action leaders, centering on the emergent AI known as Sojourner. There will be no answer, but a myriad of possibilities according to the inspiration's source. Stand by for what is next.
One World - A Day of Healing and Celebration
